What are mantras?

This is where we talk about Transcendental Meditation and the power of a mantra and all of that jazz, making it very clear what the default mantras are in a table..

More importantly, if you feel strange about using sounds that are derived from Hindu prayers, then here is a way to generate a personal mantra using harmonious sounds that still does not have any meaning!

Generate your mantra

As mentioned above, our intention is to generate sounds that have no meaning in any language while still sounding pleasing to the ear.

Your mantra is:

If the mantra doesn't sound or feel right when you say it, simply generate a new one!

There is also nothing wrong with choosing one of your own, so long as we remembering that any intrinsic meaning might distract us from the sound itself.
